In a somewhat shocking turn of events, 4 more Magic Kingdom theme park restaurants at Walt Disney World will begin serving alcoholic beverages on December 19th, 2016. Tony’s Town Square Restaurant, Liberty Tree Tavern, the Jungle Navigation Co. Ltd. Today, we are sharing a first look at the Epcot 35th anniversary merchandise collection that will be released in 2017. Epcot will celebrate its 35th anniversary on October 1st, 2017. This merchandise should be released around that time.
The somewhat poorly received interactive finale at the Haunted Mansion is back following the short refurbishment of the ride earlier this month. The scene was originally introduced in April and uses MagicBand technology to incorporate a guest’s name and hometown in various gags. The interactive feature was turned off for several months before this refurbishment.
The now-infamous kiosks that serve “Bus Stop Pizza” at Disney’s All Star Resorts are now serving breakfast as well. This week, the lion-tailed macaque exhibit along the Maharajah Jungle Trek attraction at Disney’s Animal Kingdom finally opened.
